Refund Policy

  1. Free trial and cancellation

We offer a 7 day free trial to allow our users to try out our service before committing to a paid subscription. We will not charge you any subscription fee until the end of the free trial period. At the end of the free trial period, if you have not notified us that you wish to cancel, we will charge the monthly/annual subscription (depending upon what you have signed up for) to your account.  However, you may still cancel your subscription within 14 days of making the initial payment without any obligation. If you decide to cancel during this 14-day cooling-off period, you will be refunded. If you choose not to cancel during your free trial or cooling off period, your subscription will automatically continue as a paid service (see below for more details about automatic renewal) Please note that this 7 day free trial (and the 14 day cooling off period) only applies to the first purchase of a subscription and does not apply to subscription renewals.

  1. Automatic renewals

All Triptix subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the subscription term , whether annual or monthly. This means your subscription will automatically renew for the same period unless you cancel it at least 48 hours before the end of the current subscription period. 

  1. Unsubscribe

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage Account button in our footer. Please log into your account and select ‘Cancel Plan’. Please note that cancellation will stop the automatic renewal of your subscription, but you will not be refunded for any part of the subscription period you have already paid for unless you are within the cooling off period.
